Training centre for apprentices opened
The new FUTUREPOINT in the middle of the factory premises of HUECK FOLIEN stands for the high value of the skilled workers of tomorrow. It forms the centre of modern, project-oriented apprenticeship training for our committed youth. The green outer shell, which is clearly visible from afar, was also visually designed by the apprentices.
The green FUTUREPOINT has been shining from the centre of the HUECK FOLIEN factory premises for a few weeks now, clearly visible from the train, but also from the car. With a corona-compliant starting signal, the new training centre is now officially breathed life into: In addition to the opening by the management and those responsible for the project, content about the time after the final apprenticeship examination was developed with the apprentices in a half-day online workshop.
In the FUTUREPOINT itself, electro-pneumatic/electropneumatic circuits are simulated on special programmes and then set up and operated in practice. Simple wiring is carried out as well as PLC programming. In the future, apprentices will work in small groups on projects for the production of HUECK FOLIEN - from planning to material procurement to the finished product, including project documentation with a final presentation.
HUECK FOLIEN supports apprentices from the very beginning in their development to become well-trained specialists. This creates a long-term perspective for today's apprentices - with a secure and innovative employer in the region. The company welcomes applications for apprenticeships in various professions.
