In February 2021 we carried out a large-scale customer survey. A total of 1,900 people were invited to take part. 12% followed our invitation. I am thankful for your participation and your all-round positive feedback!
Overall, 71% of those questioned said that they felt very well or well informed about HUECK FOLIEN. 77% of the respondents are very satisfied or satisfied with the cooperation. We are very pleased about this exceptionally high value and confirm our work. The most important touch points for our customers as well as for potential customers are in personal conversations and support. The survey shows us that the teams in all three business areas have done an excellent job. We are delighted to fulfil your expectations.
83% of our customers are looking for innovation drivers as suppliers with whom they can develop and establish new products together. The vast majority sees HUECK FOLIEN as very innovative, reliable and benefit-oriented. We have got a net promotor score of 43% which is extraordinarily high in comparison to industry and well-known brands. This confirms our philosophy and our actions!
